Join us for the EuMW2024 conference, one of the largest international conferences on microwave. Taking place from September 22nd to 27th, 2024, in Paris, this event offers students a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research and network with leading experts in the field.

As a student volunteer at EuMW2024, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the success of the conference while gaining invaluable experience and insights into the latest advancements in microwave technology.

We provide for student volunteers:

1- Complimentary access to all conference sessions and the exhibition.

2- Up to 5 nights' accommodation in a local hostel (including breakfast), based on assigned duty days.

3- Free lunch box on working days.

4- Access to extra events such as the YP dinner and career event, subject to availability.

In exchange, you will help us in 2 to 3 days to ensure all phases of EuMW, including:

1- Checking registration badges.

2- Assisting with audio-visual equipment in session rooms.

3- Providing support to delegates during coffee and lunch breaks.
