Passport & Visa
A valid passport will be required for entry into the organizing country, in this case Germany. Since EuMW events are held in the European Union, no visa is usually required for travelers with passports from a number of countries, like for instance: European Union, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea or the United States. Here you can find additional information to know whether you are required to apply for a visa for Germany. If you need a visa, we recommend that you speak with the German Consulate, in your own country. You should organize this at least 3 to 4 months prior to EuMW. If you are registering as a delegate, you can click to apply for an invitation letter through the registration process. Speakers will be forwarded this link by the relevant conference chairman and exhibitors may find the link within the exhibitor manual.
The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate or speaker requesting it.
Contact Prof. Dr Andreas Penirschke, Visa Chair EuMW 2017, Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences, Friedberg, Germany via firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for letters.
The letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of the conference organizers to provide any financial support to delegates and the conference fees will not be waived, it may simply be used by delegates to help raise funds or for visa applications.
