Passport & Visa

A valid passport will be required for entry into the organising country, in this case France. A French visa may also be required for the purpose of attending EuMW and we suggest you check with your local embassy. If you are registering as a speaker, a delegate or an exhibitor and you need a visa, we recommend that you contact the French Embassy, in your own country at least 3 months prior to EuMW.

The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any speaker, exhibitor or conference delegate requesting it to assist with their visa application.
