Sponsorship Opportunities

Exclusively for European Microwave Week 2024 Exhibitors

Platinum Sponsors will have the following:

• • Co-sponsoring Horizon House /EuMA dinner reception on Tuesday evening for exhibitors and delegates
• • Recognition in the show guide and Microwave Journal advertisements promoting the reception
• • Company’s logo on the show guide cover and welcome reception invitations
• • Recognition on website

Sole Sponsorship (€32,500):

• • Appropriate signage for the cocktail party prior to the reception
• • Company logo on all appropriate signage around the event

WiFi (€13,500):

Sponsorship of the Wifi for conference area and delegates and Wifi for the exhibition area

Registration Area (€15,000):

Recognition on www.eumweek.com. Onsite - banner signage and screen saver on each screen on all computers within registration. Plus any leaflets, mouse / mouse mats or pens etc.provided by sponsorto be distributed in reg. area, subject to approval

Delegate Bags (€16,500 or 2 x €8,800):

The application of the company logos on the conference bags, available on an exclusive or multi-sponsorship basis. Bags will be distributed to delegates

Downloadable Conference Proceedings (€9,000):

Sponsor logo on the page where the conference proceedings are downloaded by every delegate

Coffee Breaks (€12,000 for 5 days):

Signage relating to the 2 coffee breaks per day for conference delegates, covering the 3 day show event

Lanyards/Badge Cords For Visitors And Delegates (€8,500):

Handed out with badges to all exhibition visitors and delegates (cords to be supplied by sponsor)

Website Banner (€5,300 per banner):

Banner ad with a hyperlink from the European Microwave Week 2024 home page (4 rotating banners for 6 months each)

Bags (€4,800):

Company logos can be used in conjunction with the European Microwave Week logo on the bags containing essential literature for visitors to the exhibition

Item Sponsorship (€4,500):

Companies can supply approx 1,600 suitable branded items to be distributed in delegate bags to each delegate e.g. umbrellas, note pads, pens etc.

Poster Panels (€9,000):

Your logo on 20 plus electronic poster panels located on exhibition hall for three days

Seminar Rooms (Prices on request):

Theatre style rooms with an average capacity of 50 people can be booked to host seminars, Workshops and demonstrations on a daily basis (full days only)
