Call for Workshops/Short Courses
The European Microwave Week 2025 will take place between 21st and 26th September 2025 at the Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, The Netherlands. Besides the contributed regular papers, the programme will also include workshops and short courses. Should you have any ideas for workshops or short courses related to EuMC, EuMIC, and/or EuRAD, on exciting or emerging topics related to microwaves, please contact the Workshops and Short Courses Chairs, at workshop.chair.eumw2025@eumwa.org.
We encourage early discussion of any such ideas with the Workshop and Short Courses Chairs ahead of the submission deadline. We accept half-day (4–6 speakers) and full-day (maximum 8 speakers) workshops or short courses. Workshops are intended to address state-of-the- art topics with an expert audience, whereas short courses have an educational purpose and are also directed to non-expert audience members. Proposals should include the selected conference (EuMC, EuMIC, or EuRAD), the title, and an abstract of the topic, complemented with details of the organisers and speakers.
The template to be used for the proposals is available below. The submission deadline is 28 January 2025. We look forward to receiving your submission!
