February 17th, 2012 Deadline for submission of papers, proposals for workshops and short courses
May 4th, 2012 Notification of acceptance

June 22nd, 2012 Submission of final papers for EuMC, EuMIC and EuRAD

Authors are required to submit a preliminary 4-page paper in PDF format via the EuMW2012 paper submission website. Papers must be written in English and formatted in the standard conference proceedings layout on A4 paper. Word or Latex Templates can be downloaded from the IEEE Conference Publishing site. Please make sure that you choose the correct files and settings for an A4 conference paper.

The week comprises three conferences. A paper can only be submitted to a single conference. One author information form per paper must be completed at the EuMW2012 paper submission website when uploading the pdf file. For accepted papers this author information is used directly to create the Conference Programme booklet and so the entries must be accurate and fully complete in every detail. Submissions in hardcopy form or by fax or e-mail cannot be accepted.

Each paper will be reviewed by an international panel of experts and then considered by the Technical Programme Committee of the conference to which the paper was submitted. The EuMW General Chairman reserves the right to redirect a paper to the conference deemed most appropriate. For topics common to two conferences, as indicated in the respective topics lists, the decision about acceptance of the paper will be taken jointly by both Technical Programme Committees.

Authors that wish to be considered for one of the Young Engineers Prize awards must check their eligibility with the guidelines in the call for papers and indicate on the paper submission site that they wish to be put forward as a candidate.

The deadline for submission of papers is February 17th, 2012. Late submissions cannot be considered.

Authors will be notified of the status of their submission byMay 4th, 2012. A full paper will be required by June 15th, 2012. Authors of accepted papers will find instructions for publication and presentation at the EuMW2012 website. Authors are responsible for obtaining publication approval by their employer or sponsor and the copyright must be assigned to the European Microwave Association.
