Monday Conference Area - Level D; Tuesday - Thursday Exhibition Hall - Level C

Monday's Poster Session:

For EuWiT and EuMIC conferences, the poster session will be held on Monday 27 Sept. 15:00 - 18:00 in the conference area: Level D 'Foyer Darwin' (see floorplan on page 109). Presenters of posters have two panels in a V-shape at their disposal (1 meter wide and 1.5 meter tall). Posters can be mounted in the morning and may stay on the boards all day, but have to be removed at the end of the sessions. The authors need to be present for discussion during the afternoon coffee break 15:00 - 15:40 and during the dedicated time for posters: 17:00 - 18:00.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's Poster Sessions:

Tuesday is for EuMC and EuMIC (sponsored by OMMIC), Wednesday is for EuMC (sponsored by NXP) and Thursday is for EuMC and EuRAD.These three poster sessions will be held on the exhibition area: Level C 'Marie Curie'. Presenters of posters have a half part of a 3 meters wide and 2.5 meters tall poster-unit (see drawing above). Posters can be mounted in the morning and may stay on the boards all day, but have to be removed at the end of the sessions. For Tuesday and Wednesday, the authors need to be present for discussion during the afternoon coffee break 15:00 - 15:40 and during the dedicated time for posters: 17:00 - 18:00. For Thursday, the authors need to be present for discussion during lunch 12:30-13:40, during the afternoon from 15:00 to 16:00 end of session..
