STAND SPACE COSTS AT EUMW2009
Exhibitors are charged per metre of floor space booked. The cost is dependent on whether the stand is space only (raw space) or shell scheme. The costs are as follows (excluding VAT):
- Space Only (Raw Space) per square metre:
Space Only (Raw Space) per square metre - for 12sqm and above only: £445 + VAT
Space Only stand is just the floor space occupied.
A stand must then be designed/built on this by your own stand builder
- Space with Shell Scheme per square metre: £500 + VAT
A Shell Scheme stand consists of the following:
- Cream back & side walls
- Fascia Board with company name and stand number
- 1 x spotlight per 3sqm of space including main connection and consumption
- 1 x 2kw power point including main connection and consumption per 9sqm of space
- Carpeting
