VISA Requests

For visiting the European Microwave Week a valid passport may be required for entry into the organizing countries. Since these countries are all in the European Union, no visa is usually required for travelers with passports from a number of countries, like for instance: European Union, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia or Singapore. Visa may possibly be required for travelers from other countries.

If you need a visa, you normally have to check with the Embassy of the organizing country in your own country, at least 3 to 4 months prior to the EuMW. There is most probably an associated web site where you can obtain the correct information.

If you require a letter of invitation to support a visa application, you should contact the Visa Assistant:
