EuMW2008 Welcome Reception

Tuesday 28 October, 18.00 – 21.00

Venue: Onyx Lounge

Cost: Free to Delegates and Invited Exhibitors

All registered conference delegates from EuMC 2008, EuWiT 2008, EuRAD 2008 and EuMIC 2008, as well as delegates from the IQPC Military Radar conference and representatives from the companies participating in the exhibition are invited to the EuMW2008 Welcome

Reception Buffet, sponsored by Agilent Technologies.

Your invitation can be found in your delegate bag, please remember to bring your invitation with you. The evening will begin with a champagne drinks reception at 18.00. This will be followed by an address by the Platinum sponsor Agilent Technologies. The Italian and Indonesian buffet dinner will be held in the Onyx Lounge from 19:00.

EuRAD Dinner on the “Prins van Oranje”

Thursday 30 October, 18.30 – 23.00

Venue: At the RAI congress centre, busses will bring you to the quay behind the Amsterdam Central Station.

Bus service starts at 18:00.

The tour will end at the Central Station where there are numerous tramlines, busses and taxis to get back to your hotel.

Cost: € 25, students € 15.

Registration: Tickets for the dinner are sold at the Thales booth at the location of the Interactive Poster Session on Thursday 30 October. Please pay in cash. EuRAD Lunch (for EuRAD participants only)

Friday 31 October, 12:30 - 13:50

Venue: Topaz lounge.

Cost: free of charge for EuRAD delegates.

The EuRAD plenary closing session will be held during the lunch, which is offered at no charge thanks to contributions from Air Parts, IRCTR and MITEQ.
