General Information
Welcome to EuMW2008
Celebrate the very best in Microwaves and RF at the 11th European Microwave Week, held at the Amsterdam RAI. The Week covers FIVE days and will provide an intoxicating mix of FOUR strong and challenging conferences, complemented by ONE healthy exhibition featuring international players. In addition, the 2008 Military Radar Conference will be collocated with EuMW2008 for the first time, enabling cross participation in sessions and workshops and providing additional opportunities for networking, thereby strengthening the “Bridging Gaps” theme.
European Microwave Week is the premier European conference and exhibition for microwave, wireless communications, microwave integrated circuit and radar professionals working in industry, academia and commerce.
Choose from four separate but complementary conferences. Spanning the length of the week, starting from Monday 27th October, the conferences are scheduled as follows:
-
27-28 October 2008: European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC)
-
27-28 October 2008: European Wireless Technology Conference (EuWiT)
-
28-31 October 2008: European Microwave Conference (EuMC)
-
30-31 October 2008: European Radar Conference (EuRAD)
Adjacent to each conference a number of workshops and short courses are organized that enable in-depth discussions and presentations on topical and state-of-the-art developments. Reserve some time in your agenda to participate in these workshops before or after your conference. The information content is high, the costs are low.
This year we expect over 1700 conference delegate registrations and over 5000 visitors to the 250 plus exhibitors, at this exciting venue.
